This highly mobile label print and apply station offers the ultimate in flexibility and reliability. The integrated print and apply system allows for serialization or sequential barcode labels to be printed and applied to the product. This allows you to track each and every part through the entier manufacturing process.
Because of the wide variety of product sizes the parts are manually loaded and off loaded in order to maintain flexibility. Label print and apply is initiated via a single opto-touch button. After labels are applied a scanner verifies that the barcode is present and readable.
Onboard tooling and fixture storage makes model change overs quick and efficient. The touch screen operator interface allows for easy setup and diagnostics of machine.
